I have purchased one of your products online. Who can I contact for service or warranty?
Inglesina acknowledges the validity of the warranty conditions for a period of 24 consecutive months from the date of purchase. In order to request a free replacement or repair, you must go to the sales point where the purchase was made (either a physical shop or online) with the serial number of the product and a copy of the ticket issued at the time of purchase.
It is up to the retailer to contact our company to assess the most suitable method of intervention and to provide it with the relevant information regarding timing and methods.

Can spare parts or accessories from other brands/companies be used?
For the warranty conditions to be valid and, above all, for safety reasons, we recommend that you do not use spare parts or accessories that are not supplied and/or not approved by Inglesina.
What can I do if I need a repair or spare part?
Requests for spare parts, accessories or replacements are handled directly by our authorised retailers. Please visit the retailer where you made your purchase or another authorised sales point. It is the responsibility of the retailer to provide you with relevant information on availability and sales prices.

Can I mount wheels on the Stand-up?
The Stand-up is an accessory designed to keep the carrycot in a raised position, but not in motion. For child safety, the Stand-up must remain in a stationary (static) position.
